Remote Patient Monitoring
There are certain conditions that require close monitoring at home. Such conditions and modalities of monitoring include home pulse oximetry in stable covid 19 patients, weight monitoring in obese / lack of weight gain, Home blood pressure monitoring, peak flow measurements in asthma.
What to expect during remote patient monitoring
At Empower children’s clinic, our office is able to coordinate with you, provide the necessary equipment, and monitor your home readings with you up to 4 times per week to ensure that you and your child’s health is on track. Please call us for further details.
