Our Pediatric Trained Staff are eager to take care of you and your loved ones

Timi (Oluwarotimi)  Adepoju MD, MPH, MS

Dr “Timi” completed his Pediatrics training at Texas A&M College of Medicine at Driscoll Children’s Hospital, Corpus Christi Texas. In addition, he has a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of South Florida, Tampa Florida, and a Master of Science from Texas A&M University.

 

He has extensive experience in General Pediatrics and in Pediatric Hospital Medicine and he is Board Certified in both General Pediatrics and Pediatric Hospital Medicine.

He has lived and practiced in numerous cities in the US including Tampa Florida, Corpus Christi Texas, Cedar Rapids Iowa, and Dayton Ohio.

 

He is married to Stephanie, a Pediatric Cardiologist at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and has a Son, Christopher.

Lindsey Brunson
CPNP

Lindsey Brunson CPNP received her Bachelor of Education in Kinesiology from Mississippi State University in 2013. Lindsey Brunson, She then pursued a nursing career and attended Hinds Community College where she graduated with Honors in 2015. She began her career as a bedside nurse in the only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in the state of Mississippi. She completed her BSN at UMMC in 2016 while working full time in the PICU. She continued her education and graduated from The University of Mississippi Medical Center’s Pediatric Dual Acute Care / Primary Care Master’s Program in 2019. Lindsey was born and raised in Jackson, MS. She is happily married and has 2 children. She has loved serving kids of all ages whether it be in the hospital as an RN, private duty nursing or through her church at Christ United Methodist, where she is a Discipleship Group Leader for the youth.

Jennifer Jones
CPNP

Jennifer Jones CPNP received her Bachelor of Education in Kinesiology and Mississippi State University in 2013. Following that, she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2015. Finally, she received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2020. She is certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. She also is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Prior to beginning her career as a Nurse Practitioner, Jennifer worked as a bedside nurse for 2 years in the Pediatric ICU at UMMC and 4 years as a circulating nurse in the children’s OR at UMMC. Jennifer was born and raised in Magee, MS. She has 2 children (Adley and Grayson)

Meredith Selman, CFNP

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

Meredith Selman CFNP received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Mississippi State University. She then continued her education and received a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University.

 

She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

 

Meredith is a MS native and has always had a passion for promoting health and wellness in her community.

 

She is excited to continue serving children of all ages in our Pearl and Madison locations.

Hannah Dye Browning, CFNP

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

Hannah Browning, CFNP, received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2017. She began her nursing career in the Neonatal ICU and has worked pediatric private duty nursing as well as Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care. Hannah went on to receive her Masters in Science and Nursing from the University of South Alabama. She has always loved kids and working with them every day is a dream come true!

Hannah was born and raised in Clinton, MS. She has two kids, Liam and  John Luke. She loves spending her free time with her husband and two boys playing at the park, trips to the children’s museum, and lots of ice cream runs.

She sees patients primarily at the Vicksburg Office

Kelsea Johnson

Operations Manager

Kelsea Johnson received her Certified Medical Assistant Degree from Delta Technical College in 2020. As a little girl, Kelsea dreamed of taking care of children. She oftentimes played nurse Kelsea with her many doll patients.

 

Kelsea has a passion and a commitment to provide excellent medical care. She prides herself in making families feel welcomed and comfortable. Above all else, she treats all children how she would want her own children to be treated.

 

Kelsea has been with the organization since finishing school in 2020 and is now the Operations Manager for all three clinic locations. Kelsea is excited to help the Vicksburg office grow and become a vibrant part of the community. She wants to ensure that Empower Children’s Clinic will be the obvious, and the only choice when choosing a healthcare provider . Kelsea is definitely living her childhood dream, and she is loving it!
